Schnabel’s R&D Engineer, Elizabeth “Libby” Hayden, was selected as one of 11 women to receive a Women in Deep Foundations (WiDF) Professional Development Grant at the 2025 DFI Annual Conference in Nashville, TN.

Libby Hayden, EIT, is a Research and Development Engineer at Schnabel with more than five years of experience in the heavy civil industry. In her current role, she supports ongoing projects through direct technical assistance and training, while also researching and promoting innovative geotechnical construction techniques and technologies.
